In 2024 we entered into a collaboration combining their telemedicine platform with our point-of-care digital solution to enable early detection of patients living with rare diseases
'Kumbaafya', (Home Care) is an exclusive platform aiming to detect as man of the 90 million patients living with rare diseases in Africa
The platform is made automatically available to all practitioners registered with KumbaCare.
KumbaCare's 400+ registered practitioners and their support staff, covering 26 specialities also benefit from the 'virtual care clinic', where if they are too busy, they can send in the information and rapidly obtain a differential detection of all the potential rare diseases they represent, with supporting information.

In 2025 we leveraged our collective experience to design a
'Continuity of Care' solution in Female Reproductive health care for the 3.2 million post-menarchal women living across Zimbabwe.

The solution integrates Ob/Gyn Mirare with pharmacists, general practitioners and Ob/Gyn specialists, as a digital health assistant, to permit any women to discretely obtain healthcare support as soon as they experience a change in uterine bleeding. Patients have the option to make discrete visits, telemedicine phone calls, or send a message directly to our 'virtual care clinic' if there are no specialists nearby.
